Premium Standard Cocktails

Our Cocktail Liqueur range has been created by blending our choice of fresh ingredients with our delicious Vodka. We set out to make Cocktail Liqueurs that can be simply added with one mixer to create premium standard cocktails. Although they taste pretty good on the rocks too!

They can be enjoyed at home, or by the most demanding mixologist.

We hope you enjoy them as much as we have enjoyed creating them.

Strawberry, Basil and ginger Smash
  1. 3 large strawberries roughly chopped.
  2. 1cm cube of fresh ginger.
  3. 50ml TORS Vodka (from freezer).
  4. Muddle (crush) the strawberries and ginger in the base of a tall glass.
  5. Add the basil leaves and muddle again.
  6. Fill the glass up with ice
  7. Fill with cloudy Lemonade.
Moscow Mule
  1. Fill copper mug with ice.
  2. 50ml TORS Vodka (from freezer).
  3. Fill glass with ginger beer.
  4. Garnish with a large sprig of mint.
Caramel Espresso Martini
  1. Add ice to cocktail shaker.
  2. 50ml TORS Caramel and Coffee Liqueur.
  3. 25ml Vodka Double Espresso.
  4. 15ml sugar syrup.
  5. Shake and pour into coupe glass.
  6. Garnish with coffee beans.
Caramel & Coffee Affogato
  1. Three scoops vanilla pod ice cream.
  2. 50ml TORS Caramel & Coffee Liqueur poured over the top.
Blueberry & Rosemary on the rocks
  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. 50ml TORS Blueberry Liqueur.
  3. Generous squeeze lemon.
  4. Sprig of rosemary.
  5. Stir.
  6. Splash soda to top and garnish with sprig rosemary and blueberries.
Elderflower & Pomegranate Champers
  1. Flute glass
  2. 50ml TORS Elderflower Liqueur
  3. 15ml Pomegranate Syrup
  4. Top up with your favourite fizz.
  5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
Raspberry Spritz
  1. Fill wine glass with ice.
  2. 50ml TORS Raspberry Liqueur.
  3. 25ml lemon juice.
  4. 12.5ml sugar syrup.
  5. Top up with soda and grapefruit juice.
  6. Garnish with raspberries and half slice of grapefruit.
Raspberry & Passionfruit Martini
  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. 50ml TORS Raspberry Liqueur
  3. 50ml Passionfruit juice
  4. 25ml TORS Vodka (from freezer).
  5. 12.5ml sugar syrup.
  6. Shake.
  7. Pour into coupe glass.
  8. Garnish with half a passionfruit.
Limoncello Spritz
Cocktail recipe:
  1. Fill glass with ice
  2. 3 fingers of fizz
  3. 2 fingers of Limoncello
  4. 1 finger of soda water
